6 Simple Steps to preparing An Ancient Healing Remedy

Step 1 : Put 4 cups (32oz)of pure(distilled or filtered, non-chlorinated )water into a stainless
steel or clay pot. Boil the water. |
Do not use aluminium pot. |

Step 2 : Add 1 packet into boiling water. Cover & continue boiling for 10-15 minutes. |
|
|
|
Step 3 : Switch off the fire and leave the pot overnight for about 10
hours. |
Best time prepare is at night so that the
Tea is ready for the next morning. |

Step 4 : .Add one cup(8oz) of pure water. Warm up the pot and switch off the fire. Leave the pot covered for 20 minutes. |
Do not boil. Warm up only. |

Step 5 : .Strain the liquid into 2 large glass bottles. |
Do not use aluminium strainer. Do not use plastic bottles. |
|
|
Step 6 : .Put on a cap on the bottle and keep in the refrigerator. |
Avoid shaking the bottles to prevent
oxidation and degradation |

Adult - Add 2 oz of liquid Tea into 2oz of warm water. Drink while warm once in the morning on an
empty stomach and once in the evening. |

Ages 2 to 12 - Add ½ oz liquid Tea to ½ oz of warm water. Drink once in the morning on an empty
stomach and once in the evening. |

Who should avoid Native
Legend Tea : The herb will improve your
immune system. This product is not suitable for expectant mothers and those
undergoing organ transplant. |
